Health Benefits of Spinach. Low in fat and even lower in cholesterol, spinach is high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese.


1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup kale

1/2 Banana

1/4 cup of grapes

1 tbs walnuts

1/2 cup water

1 scoop protein


Combine all the ingredients in a blender I use this  (by the way I love it) and mix until smooth.

1 porción de proteina
1/4 taza de frambuesas
1/2 taza Leche de almendras
1 cucharada de mantequilla de maní
1 pizca de canela
5 cubos de hielo

Mezclar todos los ingredientes en una licuadora.

1 serving of protein
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
1 pinch of cinnamon
5 cubes of ice

Mix all the ingredients in a blender.

Después de una sesión de entrenamiento nada como este shake  que te proporcione vitaminas, minerales y energía, este shake es uno de nuestros favoritos.

Nos gusta incorporar Berries ya que son dulces y excentelente fuente de antioxidantes, fibra y minerales, algunos vegetales en esta ocasión  kale  y nuestro sello  CHIA aquí mas sobre ella.


1/2 taza de Berries

1/2 Banana

1 cucharada de proteína en polvo


1/2 taza de Leche de almendra

1 cucharada de chia

1 hoja de kale



Licuar todos los ingredientes y listo… enjoy!


After a training session nothing like this shake will provide vitamins, minerals and energy, this shake is one of our favorites.  We like to incorporate  Berries are sweet and excelent source of antioxidants, fiber and minerals, some vegetables this time is kale  and our label CHIA more about it here.

ingredients: 1/2 cup of Berries, 1/2 Banana, 1 tablespoon protein powder, ice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia, 1 leaf of kale,  blend all ingredients and ready … enjoy!

Chicken wrap




2 pechugas de pollo sin hueso

1 paquete de ensalada verde mixta

10 fresas enteras

4 cebollas verdes cortadas

1/2 taza de nueces

6 tortillas integrales



Cocinar el pollo a la parrilla, cortar el pollo en tiras muy delgadas, quitarles la cola a las fresas y cortarlas en tiras, cortar en rodajas la cebolla, picar las nueces, poner la ensalada verde en un recipiente grande, ahora todo listo para preparar los wraps.

Poner todos los ingredientes en el recipiente y mezclarlos, poner una cantidad moderada de la ensalada distribuida en medio de la tortilla, enrollar la tortilla lo mas apretada posible y cortarla por la mitad… enjoy!



2 boneless chicken breasts

1 pack of mixed green ensalda

10 whole strawberries

4 green onions, sliced

1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

6 whole wheat tortillas (large)

Preparation: Cooking chicken on the grill, cut the chicken into thin strips, remove the strawberries tail and cut them into strips, slice the onion, chop the walnuts, place the salad greens in a large bowl, now all ready to prepare the wraps. Put all ingredients in the bowl and toss them, add a moderate amount of ensalda distributed among the tortilla, roll up  the tightest possible that tortilla and cut it in half … enjoy!
