                                                          This shake is full of energy!

Health Benefits of Spinach. Low in fat and even lower in cholesterol, spinach is high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper, and manganese.

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup kale

1/2 Banana

1/4 cup of grapes

1 tbs walnuts

1/2 cup water

1 scoop protein

Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender I use this  (by the way I love it) and mix until smooth.

Después de una sesión de entrenamiento nada como este shake  que te proporcione vitaminas, minerales y energía, este shake es uno de nuestros favoritos.

Nos gusta incorporar Berries ya que son dulces y excentelente fuente de antioxidantes, fibra y minerales, algunos vegetales en esta ocasión  kale  y nuestro sello  CHIA aquí mas sobre ella.

Ingredientes

1/2 taza de Berries

1/2 Banana

1 cucharada de proteína en polvo

Hielos

1/2 taza de Leche de almendra

1 cucharada de chia

1 hoja de kale

 

 

Licuar todos los ingredientes y listo… enjoy!

 

After a training session nothing like this shake will provide vitamins, minerals and energy, this shake is one of our favorites.  We like to incorporate  Berries are sweet and excelent source of antioxidants, fiber and minerals, some vegetables this time is kale  and our label CHIA more about it here.

ingredients: 1/2 cup of Berries, 1/2 Banana, 1 tablespoon protein powder, ice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia, 1 leaf of kale,  blend all ingredients and ready … enjoy!

Quinoa es uno de nuestros granos favoritos por su valor nutricional, es un súper grano nativo de América del sur los Incas lo llamaban “madre de los granos” se clasifica entre los llamados pseudo-cereales, ya que se cocinan y se comen como granos, y  tienen un perfil nutricional similar.

La FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) catalogó a la quinoa como uno de los cultivos más prometedores de la humanidad al desempeñar un papel importante en la erradicación del hambre, la desnutrición y la pobreza.

Aqui por que deberiamos consumirla

Esta llena de vitaminas y minerales tales como:

Minerales esenciales tales como zinc, calcio, cobre, selenio, potasio, magnesio, hierro y fósforo.

Vitaminas tales como B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 y E

Banana-Berry

 

Esta es una excelente healthy alternativa del  banana bread.

Ingredientes:

2 tazas de avena

2 scoops de proteína en polvo de vainilla

2 cucharadas de ground flaxseed

1 cucharilla de levadura en polvo

1/4 cucharada de sal

1 cucharilla d canela

1/2 cucharada de azúcar Stevia (opcional)

4 huevos blancos

1.5 taza de leche de almendra sin azúcar

1/4 de taza de yogurt griego

4 oz de puré de manzana sin azúcar

2 bananas cortadas en rodajas finas

1/2 taza de berries

Preparación:

En un recipiente mediano mezclar los ingredientes secos. En otro recipiente mezclar los ingredientes mojados excepto la fruta. Poner spray en un molde redondo para hornear de 8″. Cubre el fondo de el molde para hornear con las rodajas de banana. Ahora mezcla los ingredientes secos con los mojados, vaciar la mezcla en el molde y encima de las bananas uniformemente, cubrir con el restante de las bananas y vaciar las berries.

Hornear a 375 grados de 40 – 45 minutos hasta que la superficie esta dorada.

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 tablespoon sugar Stevia (optional)

4 white eggs

1.5 cup of unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup of Greek yogurt

4 ounces unsweetened applesauce

2 bananas, thinly sliced

1/2 cup of berries

Preparation: In a medium bowl mix the dry ingredients. In another bowl mix the wet ingredients except the fruit. Put spray on a round cake pan 8 “. Covers the bottom of the baking pan with banana slices. Now mix the dry ingredients with the wet, pour the mixture into the pan and evenly over the bananas, cover with the remaining bananas and add  the berries.

Bake at 375 degrees for  40-45 minutes until the surface is golden.
