Después de una sesión de entrenamiento nada como este shake  que te proporcione vitaminas, minerales y energía, este shake es uno de nuestros favoritos.

Nos gusta incorporar Berries ya que son dulces y excentelente fuente de antioxidantes, fibra y minerales, algunos vegetales en esta ocasión  kale  y nuestro sello  CHIA aquí mas sobre ella.

Ingredientes

1/2 taza de Berries

1/2 Banana

1 cucharada de proteína en polvo

Hielos

1/2 taza de Leche de almendra

1 cucharada de chia

1 hoja de kale

 

 

Licuar todos los ingredientes y listo… enjoy!

 

After a training session nothing like this shake will provide vitamins, minerals and energy, this shake is one of our favorites.  We like to incorporate  Berries are sweet and excelent source of antioxidants, fiber and minerals, some vegetables this time is kale  and our label CHIA more about it here.

ingredients: 1/2 cup of Berries, 1/2 Banana, 1 tablespoon protein powder, ice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia, 1 leaf of kale,  blend all ingredients and ready … enjoy!

Quinoa es uno de nuestros granos favoritos por su valor nutricional, es un súper grano nativo de América del sur los Incas lo llamaban “madre de los granos” se clasifica entre los llamados pseudo-cereales, ya que se cocinan y se comen como granos, y  tienen un perfil nutricional similar.

La FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) catalogó a la quinoa como uno de los cultivos más prometedores de la humanidad al desempeñar un papel importante en la erradicación del hambre, la desnutrición y la pobreza.

Aqui por que deberiamos consumirla

Hola, TGIF  el día de hoy quiero recomendarles un sencillo pero altamente efectivo snack  “Protein Pancakes” súper versátil ya que puedes usarlo como pre/post workout o simplemente como desayuno.

Ingredientes

1 medida de proteina en polvo

1/2 banana triturada

1/4 de taza huevo blanco

1/2 cucharada  leche de almendra

1/2 cucharada de canela en polvo

1/4 de taza de zarzamoras

Mi proteina favorita para esta receta  ON.
