After workout...

Después de una sesión de entrenamiento nada como este shake  que te proporcione vitaminas, minerales y energía, este shake es uno de nuestros favoritos.

Nos gusta incorporar Berries ya que son dulces y excentelente fuente de antioxidantes, fibra y minerales, algunos vegetales en esta ocasión  kale  y nuestro sello  CHIA aquí mas sobre ella.

Ingredientes

1/2 taza de Berries

1/2 Banana

1 cucharada de proteína en polvo

Hielos

1/2 taza de Leche de almendra

1 cucharada de chia

1 hoja de kale

 

 

Licuar todos los ingredientes y listo… enjoy!

ingredients: 1/2 cup of Berries, 1/2 Banana, 1 tablespoon protein powder, ice, 1/2 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon chia, 1 leaf of kale,  blend all ingredients and ready … enjoy!
