Te gusta el chocolate?

Te recomiendo que uses cacao puro en polvo, son muchos los benéficios que te ofrece y sobre todo es una excelente opción cuando tienes antojo de chocolate.

Este smoothie contiene zinc, magnesio y hierro entre otros nutrientes. Es muy importante que sea cacao puro y sin procesar.

Ingredientes

2 cucharadas de cacao

5-7 hielos

1 banana

2 cucharadas de crema de cacahuate

1/2 taza de leche de almendra

2 cucharadas de chia

1 cucharada de vainilla

Preparación:

Mezcla todo en una licuadora

Delicioso para el desayuno o un snack.
