Hola, TGIF  el día de hoy quiero recomendarles un sencillo pero altamente efectivo snack  “Protein Pancakes” súper versátil ya que puedes usarlo como pre/post workout o simplemente como desayuno.


1 medida de proteina en polvo

1/2 banana triturada

1/4 de taza huevo blanco

1/2 cucharada  leche de almendra

1/2 cucharada de canela en polvo

1/4 de taza de zarzamoras

Mi proteina favorita para esta receta  ON.

1/4 cup egg white

1/2 tablespoon almond milk

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup blackberries
