Hoy quiero compartirles una de las armas secretas de atletas y terapistas.

 Hace tiempo me recomendaron usar lo que conocemos como rodillo de esponja, para corregir mi postura y sobretodo aliviar la tensión muscular y relajación de la espalda baja.

Es una técnica muy sencilla llamada “Liberación Miofascial” la técnica consiste en aplicar tensión en específicos puntos de tu cuerpo que te ayudaran a corregir y asistir tus músculos a una función normal y mejor elasticidad.

A while ago somebody recommend me using what is known as foam roller to correct my posture and overall release muscle tension and relaxation of the lower back.

It is a very simple technique called “Self-Myofascial Release”  the technique involves applying tension at specific points in your body to help you correct and assist your muscles to normal function and improve elasticity.
