Este Smoothie es uno de mis favoritos con todo lo necesario para comenzar el día, el tiempo de preparación es menos de 5 minutos.

Ingredientes

1 taza de bayas mixtas (mixed berries)
1/2 taza de agua
1/2 taza yogurt griego
1 cucharada de miel
Licuar todos los ingredientes y listo a disfrutar este delicioso smoothie.
